Use hot broth instead of water for richer flavour.
Do not add too much water or the couscous will become sticky.
Always fluff with a fork, never mash it with a spoon.
A small piece of butter added after cooking makes it softer and more aromatic.
If you want extra fluffy couscous, let it rest covered for a few extra minutes before fluffing.
You can add raisins, toasted almonds, or chickpeas for more texture and flavour.
